Presented by Simon Flossmann, Professional Scrum Trainer, and Christian Hoftsletter, Professional Coach

Are you a part of a Scrum Team looking to enhance your collaboration and communication dynamics? Join this webinar with PST Simon Flossmann and professional coach Christian Hoftstetter as they delve into the secrets of successful Scrum Teams that excel in conflict resolution and foster healthy relationships.

Conflict is inevitable in any team environment, but how you handle it can make all the difference. Based on the renowned work of American relationship psychologist John Gottman, we'll explore the concept of "Team Toxins" – four common patterns of toxic behavior that can hinder team effectiveness.

Why Nimble Organizations Need Agile Requirements Engineering

Presented by Howard Podeswa, Author, Consultant, Trainer

This webinar addresses the question being asked by many in requirements engineering (RE) and its sister competency, business analysis - including practitioners, those who manage them, thought-leaders and leaders of professional BA organizations: Will RE and BA survive the transition to agile development?    In practice, various roles might carry out RE/BA responsibilities in an agile organization – including product owner (PO), requirements engineer, business analyst, proxy product owner, product manager and release train engineer (RTE).

For most of his professional life, Podeswa has been focused on helping organizations optimize their RE/BA competencies as they transition to agile ways of working.  In this talk, he draws on lessons learned from those experiences, and guidelines from his recently published book, The Agile Guide to Business Analysis and Planning,  to explain why RE/BA competencies will remain not only relevant but vital to an agile organization, regardless of what we call the person who performs it.
