BA Open Mic Night

Presented by Adrian Reed, Principal Consultant at Blackmetric Business Solutions

Join us for the Business Analysis Open Mic Night -- an immersive, informal and interactive chance to discuss all things BA related (and many other things besides!).

This is not your usual webinar. In this session, webcams and microphones will be switched on, and you'll have the opportunity to 'grab the mic' and speak for up to 3 minutes on a topic of your choice. Each 3 minute slot will be followed by a chance for anyone present to discuss and debate the topic in more detail. So if you have a hot topic you'd like to discuss, why not join us?

This session will be facilitated (or should that be 'compered') by Adrian Reed.

Feel free to attend to listen, to participate or to speak -- the choice is yours. You don't need to be a BA to attend--absolutely anyone with an interest in business analysis, change or any related discipline is welcome.

Since this is an interactive and informal 'live' event it won't be recorded. Miss it, miss out :)

How Do You Know if You're Really Agile?

Presented by Professional Scrum Trainers Matthew Hodgson and Mia Horrigan

Numerous industry surveys have shown organizations receive a number of benefits from being agile. Unfortunately, the collection and analysis of empirical evidence is rarely conducted. Without robust empirical measures, many turn to the symbols they can see - measuring velocity, team happiness, and getting teams to "self assess" their capability.

This talk with Professional Scrum Trainers
Matthew Hodgson and Mia Horrigan will give you a playbook to measure agility based on:

The empirical evidence and data on what makes an enterprise agile

How you measure an agile culture

    The antecedents of agile leadership

How to grow and sustain an agile culture across the enterprise
