The Nutritional Cost of Stress and What to Do About it?

Presented by Delia McCabe, MA, PhD

We live in a challenging, complex, and constantly changing world. We are faced with events that we're unable to control, bombarded with an avalanche of information that may or may not be useful, and may feel a sense of overwhelm in relation to both. Covid added an extra layer of complexity and stress to the lives of most people. The wellbeing of our brain, the organ that we rely on to navigate through this complexity, is very seldom addressed. However, our brain health can determine whether we thrive or stumble forwards, especially if we rely on creative and innovative thinking for our livelihood.

In this session we’ll examine how stress depletes our brain health and what we can do to establish a solid foundation for optimal thinking via our diet.
